Buchanan, Q.C. as a strategic advisor to provide independent business and strategic advice to the Company and its subsidiaries. Mr. Buchanan was the National Managing Partner of a prominent Canadian law firm and is currently the Co-Head of Global Infrastructure and Project Finance at a prominent New York based law firm. Mr. Buchanan has extensive experience in the area of mergers and acquisition, project development and project finance, with emphasis on the natural resource and infrastructure sectors, and his personal and business connections to Japan go back more than forty years.
